Information On Lake Erie

Lake Erie is the eleventh largest lake in the world (by surface area), and the fourth largest of the Great Lakes in surface area and the smallest by volume. Lake Erie is the warmest and most biologically productive of the Great Lakes, and the Lake Erie walleye fishery is widely considered the best in the world. Canada's area of Lake Erie is 12,800 squared kilometers, and it is situated at 174 meters above the sea level.
